According to the electronic securities law (eWpG) - under which all of the tokenized securities are issued - each investor must receive a registry extract immediately upon token transfer to their wallet.
The registry extract is a one-page PDF document we generate automatically and that contains the following information:
- Security name
- Issuer name
- Number of tokens acquired
- Nominal value (if applicable)
- Investor's public blockchain wallet address
You must make this document available at any time to the investors, either via an upload to your customer portal, or at least via email.
NYALA automatically generates and populates registry extracts upon token transfer to an investor's wallet.
There are two ways for you to get these extracts: you can either manually download them in the NYALA Web Portal, or you can fetch them via API.
If you want to do it via API calls, go to this chapter.
To manually download a set of registry extracts for investors in a given token, log into the NYALA Web Portal and navigate to the "Project details" screen, and in the project actions drop-down menu select the option "Download Registry Extracts".
This will trigger the download of a zip file containing all the registry extracts previously generated for investors of the given project.
